4.2 Fees and Payment

  • Payment must be made in full or as per the installment structure agreed upon at the time of enrollment, through the payment methods we make available (bank transfer, UPI, or online payment gateway once active).
  • Prices are subject to change; however, once you have enrolled and paid for a programme, your fee for that specific enrollment will not increase.

4.3 Diagnostic Compliance Requirements

For select programmes (including but not limited to Satvic Pinnacle, Strike90, and Chronic Obesity Protocol), diagnostic verification (such as MRI scans at Day 1, Day 90, and/or Day 180) is a mandatory condition of participation, not merely a recommendation. Failure to complete required diagnostics within the agreed timeframe may result in suspension of coaching support until compliance is met.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Refund eligibility, if any, will be specified in writing (via email or WhatsApp) at the time of enrollment, specific to the programme you have joined.
  • Given the personalized nature of coaching services and the immediate allocation of coaching time and resources upon enrollment, refunds are generally not available once a programme has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer protection law or as explicitly agreed in your enrollment communication.
